Difference in performance
Internally, Galaxy Note 9 has the same Qualcomm 845 processor as that included in the Galaxy S9. It is an 8 core CPU with maximum efficiency of 2.8 GHz and consists of 4 efficiency cores and 4 performance cores. In contrast, the iPhone X has a 6 core processor. It has four efficiency cores, two high-performance cores, and the maximum speed is just 2.39 GHz.
Note 9 has the same Adreno 630 graphics chip as Galaxy S 9 and S 9 +. Qualcomm has 30% higher speed, 30% efficiency, and 2.5 times display throughput than the graphics chip used in Note 8.
In the launch event of Note 9, Samsung had a major emphasis on a new water-carbon cooling system and how it prevents overheating. Theoretically, Note 9 is cooled for a longer time.
For testing, 'Fortnite' has been fully updated on both devices, and simultaneously used the screen recording function of each smartphone to press each device more strongly.
Both phones are charged to full battery capacity and the display brightness is set to their respective maximum values. We also ended all background applications definitely.
