In the blog post, PayPal explains that the redesigned iOS application focuses on "customer experience" by navigating easier to use. The main focus is to make it possible for users to send money and make a claim, PayPal says it was easy to do by placing the "Send and Receive" button more front and center.
Here's what PayPal talks about updates:
Today, we are beginning to deploy an improved PayPal mobile application that focuses on customer experience. We make it easier to use the app and make it easier for customers to make remittance and billing. The improved PayPal mobile app emphasizes the most used features to make customer life easier.
- We streamlined the design of the application and made it easy to see the balance, receive notifications and move money no matter where the customer is.
- As we move the Send and Receive buttons, we are at the customer's home on the Home screen at any time.
- Also, when sending money or requesting, you can easily add photos and personalize your contact list, feel more confident that you are sending money to the right people I can.
Earlier this month, the Consumer Report found that Apple Pay Cash is the best peer-to-peer payment platform to defeat services such as Zelle, Venmo, Square Cash.
PayPal's redesigned mobile app is now open, but it may take several days to hit the terminal. You can download PayPal for free at the App Store.
