In an interview with Bloomberg TV, Spotify CEO Daniel Ek said he expects Apple to further open its platform to third-party services.
“In the long term, we expect Apple to open up,” Ek said in an interview with Bloomberg TV on Tuesday. Spotify criticized Apple for cutting subscriptions by 30% and accused it of limiting app updates and preventing the functionality of Apple Watch and Siri.
Spotify will only be satisfied with the cancellation of Apple Music and the pre-installation of its application on iOS. But that still wouldn’t change the fact don’t pay artists a fair salary.
