Adobe updated Photoshop for iPad recently added two features that have won over users: Refine Edge Brush and the ability to rotate the canvas.

The Refine Edges brush is a tool for making selections, and it’s especially useful for selecting objects with fine detail like hair and fur. It’s easy to use; just brush an area with the regular selection brush and cover it with Refine Edge. Adobe has given examples in their blog post so you can see the level of detail the tool is capable of capturing.

With Rotate Canvas, users can use a two-finger gesture to rotate while zooming in or out. The rotation can align at 0. 90, 180 and 270 degrees. The rotation does not “stick”, so when you reopen a file, it reverts to 0 degrees.
