When the home of Ghislaine Maxwell, New Hampshire, the ex-girlfriend and co-conspirator of late mogul and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, was raided last month, FBI agents found a cell phone wrapped in foil among his possessions. According to federal prosecutors, as quoted by CNN, the phone was “a seemingly ill-advised effort to evade detection, not by the press or the public, who, of course, would not have the ability to trace their phone or intercept his communications, but by the police. It is not known if the phone was an iPhone, but Vanity Fair reported that Maxwell had an iPhone, iPad, and laptop with her while she was living incognito. Maxwell, who has been charged with federal crimes, including d ‘instigating a minor to travel to engage in criminal sexual activity, pleaded not guilty.
