Look for Apple TV on the Amazon Fire TV home screen – you can ask Alexa to do it on compatible devices. When the search is complete, select the Apple TV app, then select Get. This will start downloading the application. The Apple TV app will now appear in the Apps & Channels section of the Home screen. Just click on the app with your remote control to open it. Go to the “Watch Now” tab and scroll down to Apple TV +. Open the app, sign in with your Apple ID and you can access other Apple TV + content. Movies and TV shows that you purchased on the TV will also be available.
Download from the web
You can also add the Apple TV app through Amazon.com. Look for it on the website or go directly to https://www.amazon.com/Apple-Inc-TV/dp/B07XDD7GYT. On the side there is a “Get the App” button. It will also highlight if you don’t have a compatible device. If you do, click the same “Get Application” button and it will be downloaded to your Amazon Fire TV device. Once complete, the Apple TV app will reappear on the home screen and the content will be accessible as described above.
