There is an easy fix if you are an iPhone user who has issues with the KKTV application

You may have noticed some cases receiving your regular updates last weekend if you have an iPhone and use the KKTV News App 11. There is a technology bug that has affected some iPhone users unfortunately. The issue has been resolved but some users may still experience issues, on Tuesday.


Option 1): Update the KKTV News App application. The following steps are provided by Apple Support:

How to manually update applications on your iPhone or iPad

– Open a shop.

– Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.

-Click to view upcoming updates and release notes. Tap Update next to an application to just update that application, or tap All Updates.

Option 2): Remove the KKTV application and download again.

-Click and hold the application.

Tap Remove App Remove App icon

Tap Delete App, then tap Delete to confirm.
