The iPhone 15 comes with a USB-C port

With the release of the iPhone 15, it appears that Apple will finally move to USB-C, which means that this year’s iPhone 14 will also feature a generator port. The report comes from Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, who said the next iPhone will support USB-C. According to the most recent poll, the upcoming iPhone 2H23 will not connect the Light connector in favor of a USB-C port. In application designs, USB-C can increase iPhone transfer and charging speeds, although the latest specifications also depend on iOS compatibility.

He hopes to see the USB-C related manufacturers of the Apple ecosystem (e.g., IC controller, connector) become the market focus in the next 1-2 years, thanks to large orders from iPhones and receiving versions device of USB-C ports. Apple’s iPad Pro already uses USB-C so it would be nice to see Apple switch all its devices to USB-C with iPhone.

We expect new iPhone 14 handsets later this year, these devices should come with an Apple Light connector. We expect four new iPhones later in the year, the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max and the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max. The release of the iPhone 5 will launch in 2024, so we will have to wait until then for Apple to convert its iPhones to USB-C.

We will be happy to hear your thoughts
