Since it is difficult to pinpoint-what the case might be, we all know how confusing it is when a pair of wireless headsets work.
AirPods and AirPods Pro from Apple are not exclusive in such situations and at times, require troubleshooting for continuous operation.
While there are situations in which the abuse occurs due to some misuse, there are times when the user should not be held responsible. Fortunately, most cases have a quick fix, and there are other ways you can try if your problems persist.
So, this is AirPods troubleshooting guide to help you solve common problems.
One of the most common problems that AirPods owners face is one that AirPod will not connect to. To solve the issue, this idea applies a “turn it off and on again” idea to Apple’s wireless headsets. You can restore your AirPods “as new” by adjusting them.
As with both AirPods, the first thing you need to do is put them back into their charging cases. For 15 seconds, hold down the Setting button on the case until the LED turns off. The LED may be inside the cover of your charging case, depending on the model. Open your AirPods case and move it near your iPhone to start the pairing process.
Not having any luck? Before removing the AirPods from their case, repeat the previous step, this time turning on and off Bluetooth on the tablet or phone.
