You can test this OpenCore package. Just mount the EFI partition and copy this folder. On first boot, hold down the option key to select the boot loader. At the next start it will automatically boot into OpenCore. If you need to disable it, please perform NVRAM / PRAM reset. Tested on MacBook Pro 11.2 with system firmware version: 429.0.0.0.0
