Internationally, Tencent Music brings a catalog of Chinese songs to Apple Music

Records and artists using the TME Music cloud service can distribute their music to Apple Music, introduced by Tencent Music Entertainment Group.

The TME Cloud Music is described as the “new international music distribution platform”, and through its new partnership with Apple Music, TME says that “Game music content from Chinese brands and composers” will now be available to users of the streaming music platform kariaye.

TME says it “has a long way to go on advanced technology and multiple industry sources, creating a huge amount of new high-quality music in collaboration with industry partners”.

The music streaming company also notes that it is currently “attracting hundreds of thousands of Kannada musicians hoping to achieve their music dreams through the Tencent Platform Musician”.

TME revealed in its Q3 2021 budgets this week, that by the end of the quarter ended Sept. 30, the number of indie musicians on the Tencent Platform Muscent reached 260,000, and that “the flow rate of their original works continues to record health development ”.

TME also cites two case studies of the original content success it produced, including the theme song The Peerless King by the GEM artist for the famous game Tomorrow of the Kings. The song has been released for the 2021 World Champion Cup and TME says it has “been well received by both the music and the game lovers”.

In addition, TME quoted Wang Jing Wen, a rising star who claims to “store” his songs paid in 1.9 billion times on his platforms in Q3 after entering the “SING! CHINA 2021 music competition” , where the artist finished in second place.
