In France, Monaco, and New Zealand, Apple maps are testing advanced data

Apple Map data has been updated regularly by Cupertino, bringing us more detailed views in some countries around the world. In France, Monaco, and New Zealand, revised maps will be available soon. According to Justin O’Beirne, who watches Apple’s launch of these upgrades, testing has already begun, but the general public may have to wait until mid-July – July 15 – to get access (which usually comes out on Thursday or Fridaya).

Advanced Apple Maps data with many more detailed 3D templates The new map brings more information to 3D representatives of famous landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower and Notre-Dame Cathedral. In cases like Auckland and Mont Saint-Michel, there are no 3D buildings at all with old maps. In particular, the general view of the map has changed to scale the roads and bring more place names.

Some sites do not even have 3D models • The map has been redesigned, such maps are available in Germany and Singapore (April), Australia (December), Italy, San Marino, Vatican City and Andorra (September) , Spain and Portugal. (June). According to O’Beirne, the improved maps now cover one-fifth of the earth and about one tenth of its inhabitants. Honestly I do not know why Apple and even Microsoft lost their time with this, no one has used anything other than Google Maps and it has been this way for ten years. I’m glad Google Maps is available. Apple maps, lol. IMHO, the only item Apple carries worth buying in their Macbooks. Especially the wind M1 (With current * notch * design).
