iCloud and selecting photos
First, you need to consider if you want to delete all your photos from everything, everywhere, forever. If you are using iCloud Photo Library, deleting photos on your iPhone will delete them in the cloud and on every device connected to iCloud.
Before doing anything, you should make a backup of your photo library by saving a duplicate version of it or exporting all photos to a Mac. Deleting photos is a permanent action and cannot be undone.
