Former Michigan State running back Anthony Williams has made his next collegiate decision.

Williams engaged with Akron, according to his Twitter:

Williams played for two seasons with the Spartans and had his best freshman season in 2019. He had 38 carries for 118 yards and a running touchdown for them before barely playing last season. Williams only had four five-yard carries in just two games in 2020.

Before committing to the State of Michigan, he was considered a potential three star customer at 247Sports. He was the 15th ranked player in the state of Illinois for the 2019 recruitment class and the 808th ranked player in the country.
