I’ve been having the most frustrating times with Apple lately.
My iPhone 12 Pro has a serious screen problem that makes it unusable unless I occasionally squeeze the bottom left part that is really difficult to reposition…. Something. A connector I assume.
I chatted with Apple Support a few weeks ago. They told me my only option is to visit a local Genius Bar or AASP. But there is a problem: there are no appointments available! Then you can use an AppleCare + claim for $ 99 or suck it up.
