Apple has apparently moved some of the production capacity from the iPhone 12 mini to the iPhone 12 Pro. The move was made to increase production capacity for the high-end iPhone 12 model, which is seeing strong demand.
According to a MacRumors report, the Cupertino-based giant has slashed production of the iPhone 12 mini by two million units to increase production capacity for the iPhone 12 Pro. The company has moved for the first quarter of this year to improve existing delivery times for the high-end iPhone 12 model, which is experiencing higher demand than initially expected. At the moment, delivery times for the iPhone 12 Pro can last up to 10 days, which is also the highest a model has ever seen in the past four years.
