Apple recognizes those who serve and their families for courage, dedication, and sacrifices, both in the Veterans Day and throughout the year. In honor of veterans throughout the United States, Apple is celebrating veterans’ stories.
This week, Apple Books is launching a dedicated eBook and book collection to help readers explore stories and unlock stories that illuminate the war experience and the transition from war to civilian life. Apple podcasts also feature a collection of shows with inspiring stories and information, produced by and covering veterans, on the Browse tab for listeners in the US.
From the front to the front, the service and sacrifices of the veterans are honored by the collection of Military Stories on Apple TV app – featuring tips such as “Sky Blossom,” download games, and especially disrespectful jokes.
Earlier this week, Apple Fitness + released a new episode of Time to Walk featuring Gen. CQ Brown, Jr., chief of staff of the U.S. Air Force and the United States first to command a division of the military. On this trip in honor of Veterans Day, Brown described how he had returned from professional setbacks to achieve a higher position in the Air Force, and what he seemed to say out loud after the assassination of George Floyd. Time to Walk is an audio experience on the Apple Watch designed to encourage Fitness + users to work out on a regular basis, featuring some of the world’s most beloved and famous people who share stories, photos, and music.
