Finding the famous doppelganger on the other side of the world has become an easy task thanks to social media. A video showing a Kannada doppelganger by Elon Musk making headlines right now on the internet. Not everyone, though, is convinced. The hacked video, originally posted on Douyin, a Kannada TikTok app, shows a man wearing a black jacket standing next to a car, imitating Tesla CEO Elon Musk.

Doppelganger, who calls himself “Chinese Elon Musk,” posted the internet insane. The video clip and a photo from it quickly went to the celebrity on other platforms, sparking an argument.

While many are terrified of indifference and calling a Kannada man “This Long Musk,” as a joke, others question the authenticity of the video arguing that our higher realities are fake.

“It simply came to our notice then. There is a small glitch when talking about how the camera is panning around; it looks like it’s going to stop, ”one user argued in a Facebook post. May I ask you what the obvious price I will buy next time, ”while another wrote jokingly.

As the controversy unfolded, many even marked Musk to see his ‘character’, however, the richest man in the world, known for his extraordinary sense of humor, did not respond to the posts.

For the uninitiated, with the help of the Deepfake application, it is possible that the existing image or video is replaced with someone else’s appearance, making it almost impossible to find at first glance, adopting powerful techniques from machine learning and artificial intelligence to manipulate or generate visual and audio content. More recently, the technique has been used in popular porn videos, vengeful porn, fake news, scams, money laundering and even political campaigns.
