A 16-inch MacBook Pro with a 12-core chip could arrive as early as March 2021, if an Apple leaker is to be believed.

This isn’t LeaksApplePro’s first tweet on a 12-core Mac. In November 2020 LeaksApplePro tweeted about this 12-core chip, dubbed the M1X, suggesting that it could make it to the 16-inch MacBook Pro and offer eight high-performance cores and four high-efficiency cores.
