Middle East Espionage Involves Hacking Macs

The hacking team called WindShift is responsible for hacking Mac for the past few years. They are targeting specific individuals working in the government sector in the Middle East.

A cyber security company DarkMatter researcher, Karim, says that an attacker has found a "bypass all native macOS security measures" method. If you break into these defenses, malware will drain the document in question and screen shots of the victim's desktop. The attack continued from 2016 until today, the researcher added.

A terrible thing, the vulnerability found in WindShift sounds like it affects all Mac models. In short, these are highly targeted attacks, so the rest people probably do not have to worry.
