According to a support document released this morning by Apple, True Te can adjust Apple Thunderbolt display using an Apple Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 adapter, LG UltraFine 5K screen and screen LG UltraFine 4K.
When using these screens, you can enable or disable True Te by clicking the Apple logo in the menu bar, opening the System Preferences, choosing the Views secti, selecting the View tab, and then selecting deselecting the True Te check box.
With other third-party mitors, True Te will not be available.
True Te, introduced for the first time the iPad Pro then the iPhone X, uses the sensors of the MacBook Pro to measure the white balance in the room, adjusting the te of the Screen for a more natural visual experience.
True Te can reduce eye strain and allows you to get a closer look to the paper for websites, documents and more.
