A ninth dead in a Foxcn factory, Apple says that it "independently evaluates" Foxcn's respse. Cupertino swears to look lg at the facilities that manufacture its products. It's a tough challenge for Apple – and ctroversial comments from Steve Jobs are not really helpful.
