T-Mobile tops Veriz to win better wireless “buying experience”, in J. D. Power study

J. D. Power is out with its latest study looking at the best wireless shopping experience in the united states. T-Mobile came in first place, ahead of Veriz and AT&T, when it came to the general satisfacti.

J. D. Power has shared the results of the study its web site today that included respses from over 13,000 customers. With the overall satisfacti winner, T-Mobile, J. D. Power pointed out that the clients who have obtained the assistance of a representative of the carrier explaining the coverage of the network has given the scores of nearly 100 points higher than customers who do not have.

T-Mobile came up with a total score of 863/1000. Veriz came in secd with a total overall satisfacti score of 838 with AT&T behind in third just a point 837. Sprint brought up the rear 808.

As for the full-service n-ctract carriers, Cricket has w the first place with a score of 855, in frt of Boost Mobile that landed with 851.
