T-Mobile integrates the new Apple Business Chat support

T-Mobile announced Wednesday the support for Apple's new Business Chat feature, allowing customers and n-customers to send messages directly to customer service representatives their iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch or Mac. 19659003] To access Business Chat, T-Mobile users can search for Siri or search for T-Mobile in the Maps applicati. There will be a message bubble ic that can be used to start chatting with a live representative at T-Mobile.

T-Mobile is not the first company to support Business Chat. Zendesk, Discover, Lowe, Wells Fargo, Hilt have all announced their support.
