Apple announced Friday a 13-inch MacBook Pro (n-Touch Bar) battery replacement program. The company said that a failure of a compent can lead to an extensi of the battery, and that affected devices may have their battery replaced.

From the program descripti: [19659005] Apple has determined that in a limited number of MacBook Pro 13-inch (n-Touch Bar), a compent may fail causing the expansi of the built-in battery. This is not a security problem and Apple will replace the eligible batteries for free. Affected units were manufactured between October 2016 and October 2017 and eligibility is determined by the product serial number.
