The battlefield between the tech giants is cstantly evolving. Each innovates by looking for weaknesses amg competitors and by seizing new horizs. An official partnership between Apple and Microsoft would alter the balance of power.

Several articles this week suggest that the # 39 atmosphere and leadership at Microsoft are ripe for an Apple business opportunity.
The immediate visi of these articles is that Microsoft's visi, led by CEO Satya Nadella, is now much broader than Windows. From the third article:
… of course, Windows does not go away – but he [Nadella] also wanted to explain his latest fashiable visi for the future of Microsoft: AI, Intelligent Cloud and Intelligent Edge.
This is because, of course, the OS in frt of us has always been the usual interface to the world. Today, Internet speeds, mobility, the cloud and AI technology have become dominant factors. It makes sense to think more broadly about how a local OS interfaces outside of itself. That is why we have seen Microsoft look more at interoperability and move away from Windows – first, Windows ly.
Remember, e of the first things Sata Nadella did was to release Microsoft Office for iPad. It was something that Steve Ballmer was holding back.
