macOS: How to automatically exit applicatis by being an Exit

Marco Arment has an applicati called Quit that lets you automatically quit apps by creating some rules. This is a good productive tool that allows you to limit applicatis using too much system resources. Best of all, it's free.

Quitting is a lightweight applicati that runs in the background. It's also easy to use. When you open the applicati, you click the plus butt, which will open the Applicatis directory so that you can start adding applicatis.

Exit can automatically exit applicatis after a certain period of inactivity, or hide them automatically. I will not call by name, but there are some Mac applicatis that can become hogs of resources when it is not checked. Quitting helps you manage them. You can download Quit here.
