Portable Mag is coming out today with its report "Best & Worst Laptop Brands 2018". While Apple got the highest score of all companies for "Support & Warranty", it also got the lowest score in "Innovati" and "Value and Selecti"
Laptop Mag's rating scale is based up to 100 points. 40 points are for "Reviews", 20 for "Support & Warranty", 15 for "Value & Selecti", 15 for "Design" and 10 for "Innovati".
The first three brands were Lenovo with a score of 86, HP with 85, and Dell with 82. Apple came in 7th with a score of 72 after coming in 5th place last year.

Laptop Mag says that Apple is still leading with the best support and guarantee for them laptops, but it lacks in three main categories.
