Jaybird announced Tuesday the Tarah, the latest set of Bluetooth sports headphes, designed to offer a less expensive alternative for people like the Run of X4.
The Tarah actually uses a very similar design to the X4, including the remote ctrol, cinch and tips, as well as ear fins that hold the butts in place. They are IPX7 certified against sweat and rain, and owners can also customize their EQ settings via the Jaybird iPhe app.
There are, however, differences. In additi, the Tarah gets ly 6 hours of battery life per charge, compared to 8 for the X4. Jaybird promises that 10 minutes of charging is enough to provide 1 hour of play time.
The remote ctrol can be used to activate Siri or Google Assistant, depending the cnected phe.
The Tarah is currently available through Jaybird's website for $ 99.99, in "black / flash", "nimbus gray / jade," and "solstice blue / glacier" color combinatis. Other American and Canadian sales start in October, although the ly external store that gets the solstice blue / glacier will be the best buy.
