T The 2018 Winter Olympics are here. Things will officially start with the opening ceremy Friday, February 9th – but there is already a competiti going in Pyegchang, South Korea.

The opening ceremy will take place around 20:00. KT (6:00 Eastern Time and 3:00 Pacific here in the US), and competitis are scheduled for Feb. 25.

  • As in previous years, NBC has the exclusive rights to broadcast the Olympic Games in the United States. This means that you will have to go through NBC to watch the opening ceremy, or any of the sports events.
  • For the opening ceremy in particular, you can catch it at 8 pm. AND NBC (although it is not broadcast live, there is a 14 hour delay), provided you have a cable or traditial cable subscripti.
  • A cable or TV cnecti can also be used to authenticate applicatis. for live display macOS, iOS and tvOS.
  • Unfortunately, if you do not have cable subscripti, you will need to register for a live TV ctent service such as Hulu TV, Sling TV or YouTube TV.
