Recent iCloud Files in Your Mac's Dock
This trick uses a Smart Folder to do its job. Mac, a smart folder is a special folder that fills in items based the criteria you choose. Essentially it's a saved search, ly it looks and works like a normal folder (except you can not drag the files in there). You can create smart folders for almost any type of item your Mac, but today we are interested in two things: the locati and the date. The locati is your iCloud drive. The date is a beach – in this example, the last five days.
How to create a smart folder of recent iCloud elements
To create a smart folder, type Command-F when the Finder is the active applicati. This activates a search, which we will customize and save. If you type this while you are already viewing the iCloud Drive folder, the search will be focused there. So, this is the first step: Open your iCloud drive folder in the Finder, and press ⌘-F.
