How to Determine Your Resting Heart Rate
Generally, for most adults, a healthy resting heart rate is between 60 and 100. But you can get a little more specific
Start by setting a timer for 15 secds. (You can use the stopwatch functi in the iOS Clock app.)
Find your pulse (inside your wrists, neck, etc.) and place a finger it
Start the timer and count the number of beats within 15 secds.
Multiply the number obtained by 4 to find your resting heart rate (in beats per minute). ce you get this number, you can switch to setting up your Apple Watch alert.
