The iPhe XS and iPhe XS Max are ly just available to csumers, but early buyers already put the new devices through the ring.
During the unveiling of the devices, Apple appealed that the iPhe XS and iPhe XS Max & # 39; the most sustainable smartphe glass in the world & # 39; and YouTube TechSmartt puts the claim to the test with a series of drop tests.
The first is what TechSmartt calls the pocket drop test. During this test, they drop the iPhe X, iPhe XS and iPhe XS Max from the bag height. Perhaps not surprisingly, all three devices are unharmed after this test.
The main height test is then carried out, with all three devices falling at the same height as when you were telephing. During this test the iPhe X gets a nice gap the screen, while the iPhe XS almost flawlessly comes out and the iPhe XS Max is ly damaged alg the top.
Last but not least is a 10 foot drop for each device. For the iPhe X, the rear glass breaks the impact, while the iPhe XS appears again without tearing. Meanwhile, the iPhe XS Max screen breaks when it hits the ccrete at first glance, so the display itself does not functi properly.
All in all, drop-testing is rather arbitrary to see how sustainable smartphes are, although they do offer good entertainment. Of course, if you drop an iPhe the floor, there are a lot of variables, ranging from how the device hits the ground to the height and angle of the impact, and more.
Whether Apple & # 39; s & # 39; s most sustainable glass in the world & # 39; -Claim is correct is hard to cfirm. Although this drop test seems to suggest a number of improvements, the results will of course vary enormously in real world use. Furthermore, there will always be a difference between the 5.8-inch and 6.5-inch models because of the added weight of the latter.
