Bad News For Samsung’s Budget Smartphe Users

Technology giant Google recently released the latest versi of Android called Android 9.0 Pie. But the manufacturers of smartphes are still struggling with Oreo updates and Samsung is e of them. A new report revealed that from now Samsung will deploy the Android Oreo update for its mid-range smartphes.

As reported by AndroidPure, Samsung can update the Android Oreo update for its mid-segment smartphes this year. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2017), Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro (2016), Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro, Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro The Samsung Galaxy J2 (2018), the Samsung Galaxy 5 (2016), the Samsung Galaxy 7 (2016), the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2018) and the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017) received an Android update Oreo 39 in January.

Afterwards, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max receives the Oreo update by February 2019 and the
The Samsung Galaxy J7 (2016) will be updated by March 2019 at the latest.

The report also adds that the company can change the timing of these updates based user feedback and bug fixes. This is a sad news for Samsung smartphe users because they will receive a very late update for Android Oreo.

The South Korean tech giant is now ccentrating the launch of its flagship device – the Galaxy Note 9, which will be held in New York August 9th. Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is reportedly larger than its predecessor Galaxy Note 8 and should run Android Oreo operating system 8.0.

The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdrag 845 processor and must be offered in three variants: 6 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage, 8 GB RAM and 256 GB internal storage and 8 GB RAM and 512 GB internal storage.
