the rankings, Apple is the 12th most famous company in China. This puts it behind several other tech companies, including Intel in the first place, Huawei in the secd, Google in the fourth, Nokia in the eighth and Microsoft in the eleventh.
To gather its information, the Reputati Institute interviewed 30,000 Chinese csumers. asked to rate businesses based trust, esteem, admirati and good feeling. The average of these ratings is what formed the score of each company.
Overall, Apple received a score of 69.7, compared to 72.5 from Huawei. Chinese customers csider Huawei as "2x more authentic" than Apple, according to the survey. In additi, Huawei outperforms in terms of transparency and open switching, as well as "stand out from the crowd."
Interestingly, Foxcn received an average rating of 67.6, with Apple leading in all categories except "governance". The Reputati Institute notes that Apple's reputati has slipped 8.7 points since 2012, when working cditis in Apple's supply chain have deteriorated.
