Apple is celebrating the Internatial Women’s Day with an interactive homepage feature

As part of its Internatial Womens Day celebratis, Apple has dedicated its home page to an interactive feature of “women who change everything.” both desktop and mobile, Apple’s homepage has been transformed into a scrolling universe of biographies of women influential in modern culture, from Malala to Greta Gerwig.

Below is the timeline interactive, the Apple site has sign up links for Today to Apple and its new It Creates the series, as well as sectis of awareness-raising for projects such as Kode With Klossy and the Fund Malala. Check it out now Apple.com.

You can use your finger or the mouse to scroll and click the portraits to reveal a short biography of each pers featured. In the center of the universe is a link to Apple Behind the Mac ad, which features the same female creators and activists seen the site.

Apple has launched initiatives in all of March to showcase the work of women, including the news Today in the Apple sessis, and editorial sectis in the Apple App Store and Podcasts, as well as the new Apple Music playlists selected by great female artists such as Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift.

There is also an Internatial Women’s Day Activity Challenge for the Apple users that you can win today by completing a run, walk or wheelchair drive 20 minutes or more.
