Apple hired J McCormack for a positi as vice president of software, according to Mark Gurman of Bloomberg. McCormack previously worked for Google's Advanced Technology & Products group, but was hired for his job at Amaz, where he was chief technology officer for the device group. He was also vice president of software for Kindle. Prior to Amaz and Google, Mr. McCormack worked at HP as the head of its software operatis.
