Apple again said to cut HomePod orders poor sales performance

A report from China citing sources in the supply chain says that Apple is already reducing its sales forecast for the HomePod, and that it is reducing its orders for the next few mths.

A Report in The China Times claims that Apple began reducing HomePod orders in March, with its shipping forecast for the secd quarter from 500,000 to 200,000 units. The history of China Times cites Inventec Assembly Factory, the Ruiyi top cover module foundry, the Liangwei cable supplier, and the Taichi flexible panel provider as the suppliers affected by the move.

The history of China Times is in line with a report from Bloomberg Wednesday, which specifically cited the Inventec Cup, also in March. Questis have however been raised as to the accuracy of these channel checks
