A at the helm of Apple’s 2018 Worldwide Developers Cference event, applicati developers formed a uni calling for more equitable policies the App Store .
The group, aptly named “The Developers Uni”, to allow free trials iOS and Mac App Store, a reducti in “more reasable” revenue and other “favorable changes to developers and communities”.
“We think that people who create good software should be able to make a living by doing it,” the letter reads. “So we created The Developers Uni to defend sustainability in the App Store.”
The first goal of the group is to advocate for free trial periods for all App Store applicatis. The Developers Uni is asking Apple to implement such a policy before July 10 – the tenth anniversary of the App Store.
