Blue Microphone (now part of Logitech) announced Yeti Nano USB microphone on Tuesday. This device is intended for YouTubers and other content creators for both streaming and pre-recording purposes. This is much more compact than the original Yeti microphone, and comes with a new Mac / PC application called Sherpa (currently Beta) that can control the microphone from the desktop. In this application, "You can cancel mute and mute of the microphone and headphones, fine-adjust the gain and level, switch the polar pattern, change the sample rate" In addition to the cardioid used with multiple settings and no Directional mode. Metal stand is included and is compatible with optional Radius III shock mount and compass boom arm. There are also 4 finishes such as Cubano Gold, Red Onyx, Shadow Gray and Vivid Blue. Overall, at $ 99.99, it looks like a solid microphone option for many content creators. Currently available.
